To be eligible:

- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and its packaging must be provided as proof.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect item selection by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused after the item has been delivered and accepted.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement item (if available), or
- Issue a full refund using the original payment method.
