To be eligible:

  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and its packaging must be provided as proof.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect item selection by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused after the item has been delivered and accepted.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement item (if available), or
  • Issue a full refund using the original payment method.
