• We currently ship to all areas across Lebanon.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
• While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

• We charge a flat shipping fee of USD 4 for all deliveries within Lebanon.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Soukly is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Claims submitted after the delivery period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
